When Leo Keane, owner of North Country Builders, called me this past winter and said his website needed updated and was in desperate need of a remodel – I said, “of course!” before I even knew the project details.
It’s because Leo was a huge part of our own remodel ten years ago. We were just about to have our third child and our little house in town was not going to work anymore for our growing family.
Leo and his team at North Country Builders took our tiny 800 sq/feet railroad house (1 bedroom/1bath) and transformed it into a comfortable, spacious family home that fit in with our neighborhood, our budget and our style. We now have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home right in town and we love it!
Craftsmanship, the way it used to be…lives on at North Country Builders. They’ve been building custom homes in Whitefish, Montana since 1987.
Website Remodel
The first thing we wanted to accomplish for Leo is to have him take back control of his website information. This took some research, but we were able to locate his original hosting company and domain name details in order to start a new WordPress website for him to claim ownership.
The next step was to organize some of his photos from previous projects and also hire our local favorite photographer, Chuck Haney to shoot some current building projects of Leo’s as well as get some personal photos of his crew.
Leo also gathered some personal testimonials from clients and crafted a Mission Statement about his business. We kept the site simple with a fresh mobil responsive design with the site colors branded to his current logo.
My favorite page is the Our Mission page. It shows the heart of North Country Builders. Choosing a builder shouldn’t be left to chance, you have to trust your builders and hopefully become friends with them.
